About Supercity Property Services

SuperCity Property Services has been in the property maintenance industry since 1987, previously operating under the name of Spouting Clean Solutions.  As a direct reflection of the increased number of services and products offered, the company re-branded to Supercity Property Services in 2011.

SuperCity Property Services provides external building maintenance solutions to the greater Auckland area.  The company specialises in both commercial and residential properties, and is adept in completing both large scales jobs and also (just as importantly) small residential jobs.  We have developed a wide range of services, skills and an experienced team, who are the key to our success.

We strongly believe in the concept of long-term property maintenance, and today this concept is utilised by most of our commercial customers as well as many of our residential customers are enjoying the benefits of regular property maintenance.

Our customer base extends across a diverse range of industries from small individual homes to large, multi-story apartment complexes; storage facilities; retail malls and complexes; rest homes & retirement villages; churches; and Auckland Zoo – just to name a few!

We foster a strict adherence to the Health and Safety in Employment Act and take onsite safety very seriously.  Our technicians are all Site Safe certified and trained extensively in working at height and safe work practices.  They are all trained in harness work and operation by SALA.
