Since 1987 we’ve grown from a fledgling company to one of the largest, locally owned property maintenance providers in Auckland. We’ve only been able to do this because we nurture long lasting relationships with our clients and customers and offer a dependable service that always gets results.

While our services have evolved and expanded over the years, our commitment to delivering honest and reliable advice remains at the very heart of everything we do. With over 25 years experience in maintaining homes and property throughout Auckland, there’s no one more qualified to take care of yours.

Our people

With over 50 dedicated, friendly staff from technicians to call centre operators, we are able to provide a personalized and trustworthy service. Whether on-site or off our trustworthy crew are always working for you.

Finding the right people can take time, and we never rush this important process. With our customers and culture in mind we look to find staff that share in our vision. We hire people who ask the right questions then listen to the answers. We hire specialists. We hire the most trusted and honest. Derek Waller

Coming from a funds management background, Derek has worked in senior management roles for some of New Zealand’s largest companies. His core expertise includes strategy, marketing, business development and general management. Derek’s business acumen coupled with years of experience enables him to look at the bigger picture and develop successful, strategic solutions.
Murray Robertson
Director

Murray’s career has seen him operate and lead successful businesses for over 18 years. Working within the property, FMCG, service and distribution industries he has directed operations on a multitude of private and corporate projects.  His ability to build and maintain strong and authentic relationships with clients, staff and suppliers means he is always looking to better understand his people, his clients and his market. 
Robert Knight
Operations Manager

With over 30 years experience managing large operational and manufacturing teams, Robert has delivered some of New Zealand’s largest rebranding projects.  He is driven to achieve the highest quality outcomes and value for our clients and builds relationships that go beyond one-time projects.
Ron Ouwerkerk
Commercial Manager

Ron heads our newly repackaged Commercial Division.  We are now able to provide additional services to our growing stable of commercial clients, which means a one-stop-shop solution to all property maintenance requirements. Ron has spent over thirty years in a range of Project Management fit-out and Property Management roles and brings a more structured, formal approach to this important aspect of our company offering.
Gill Watson
Finance Manager

Gill brings extensive experience in finance and human resource functions to our Supercity team.  Along with this knowledge and acumen comes a clear understanding of our company, it’s philosophies and it’s people. 
Martin Bright
Projects Manager Painting

With over 30 years experience in the painting industry, Martin brings extensive expertise in industrial coatings and all aspects of paint application for residential and commercial buildings. Trained in height safety, mobile access equipment and safety equipment inspections he ensures all aspects of health and safety on projects are adhered to.  His blending of outstanding relationship management with process and operational management means he delivers timely and quality projects for our clients.  
Rick Kells
Key Account Manager

Rick manages the specific maintenance requirements for larger commercial clients.  His extensive experience and background with the NZDF has seen him managing property related issues for clients with multi-million dollar portfolios through to one-off, individual maintenance projects.
